An exceptional holiday experience. Here, guests are treated like royalty - every detail is perfected, from the exclusive amenities to the stunning surroundings. the spa and wellness centre was particularly enjoyable, offering a range of top-quality treatments. the restaurant was fantastic too, with exquisite meals and an extensive wine selection. the location was truly magnificent, with breathtaking views that made each day feel like a dream.
The only slight downside was the additional fee for the baby bed, which seemed unnecessary considering the already high nightly rate. this minor issue was far outweighed by the otherwise impeccable service and luxurious facilities on offer.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The best aspects were the staff, who were genuinely friendly and always met our needs; the delicious meals which were creatively designed and of the highest quality; and the tastefully decorated rooms with beautiful views of the garden. We also enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere throughout our stay.

The hotel was set in beautiful gardens and the staff in the restaurant were knowledgeable and professional. The all-inclusive meals were plentiful and had a lot of choices. The light lunch was perfect and the dinner was something special with a different menu every night.
The location was quite far from the city center, around a 40-minute walk downhill. , dogs were allowed but not kids, which seemed strange.

The hotel boasts a stunning location surrounded by natural beauty, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. Guests can take a pleasant 40-minute walk to the center or drive on a narrow and challenging road. the rooms are tastefully decorated and come with bay windows overlooking gorgeous gardens. the all-inclusive meal options offered a delightful culinary experience. the staff, including Andrea, Blerant, and Constantine, provided exceptional service. the yoga classes and afternoon walks with Irmi add to the relaxing and peaceful ambiance.
One guest found it strange that the hotel charges EUR 15 per night for a baby bed, even though the hotel's nightly rate is already around EUR 500.
